Here at Sobe Rehab, we accept several different kinds of healthcare plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for our therapy services.

Please look at the list below. Do you have one of these insurance plans? We gladly accept these insurance plans. If your plan is not listed, please call us at 561-560-7377 as we are always adding new insurance plans, and yours just may be on this updated list.

Please be aware that while we have included most of the major plans with which we are in-network, this is not an all-inclusive list. Please call the office to verify other insurance plans.

If you do not have health insurance, or you have maxed out your benefits for this year, Sobe Rehab offers a private pay plan. Please contact Sobe Rehab today for more information on our fees for service and payment details.
