The staff at the Phoenix is very accommodating to the residents needs and makes sure the residence are incomplaicnce with all necessary rules for everyone’s benefit. Staff is awesome,!!!.. Very attentive to residents and all supporing aides.. Would recommend Some to any one that needs services.
