As the billing department manager, I am responsible for overseeing the financial health of our healthcare organization by implementing best practices for patient billing and collections. I have a deep understanding of insurance policies and reimbursement procedures and continuously educate myself on any updates and changes. I work closely with patients/POAs to ensure they have a clear understanding of their balances and payment options, and I am dedicated to finding solutions that work for everyone.
