Building Stronger Therapy Partnerships Across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama
Supporting ALFs, Attorneys, Hospice Agencies, and Home Health Partners With Scalable, Coordinated Care
As Sobe Rehab continues to grow across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, our focus remains clear: building stronger partnerships that expand access to our high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services where they’re needed most.
Over the past several months, we’ve made intentional investments to strengthen relationships across four key areas, from assisted living facilities to local attorneys.

Strengthening Care Inside Assisted Living Communities
Improving the quality of life for those in assisted living facilities (ALFs) has always been an essential part of our work at Sobe Rehab. To that end, we continue to expand our presence within ALFs, providing on-site Medicare Part B therapy that supports aging in place.
Our therapists integrate directly into the facility team, where they provide convenient, structured therapy that addresses:
- Balance deficits and fall risk
- Muscle weakness and deconditioning
- Joint stiffness and arthritis pain
- Parkinson’s disease
- Stroke recovery
- Mild cognitive impairment and early memory loss
Early therapy reduces hospitalizations and helps residents maintain independence longer. Structured exercise improves strength, balance, and overall physical function in older adults, while speech and occupational therapy further improve swallowing safety, communication skills, and daily task performance.
For administrators, this means:
- Reliable scheduling and communication
- Fewer preventable declines
- Better resident engagement

Strengthening Support for Auto Accident Patients and Legal Partners
Auto accidents can quickly disrupt lives, but early rehabilitation improves outcomes. That’s why we’re expanding attorney partnerships and refining communication pathways to support injured clients across our service region.
Our in-home model ensures patients receive consistent care without transportation barriers, including the following therapeutic interventions:
- Controlled mobility exercises to prevent stiffness
- Neuromuscular re-education to retrain movement patterns
- Postural correction strategies
- Graded activity progression to safely rebuild tolerance
- Pain modulation techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Our detailed documentation process and timely updates keep attorneys informed throughout treatment, helping create clarity, consistency, and improved outcomes for all parties involved.
Comfort, Dignity, and Support: Our Role in Hospice Care
Our therapy service also plays a meaningful role in hospice settings, where we provide support-based care focused on maintaining dignity and quality of life. Our speech and occupational therapists can help with:
- Safe positioning to reduce pain
- Gentle range-of-motion exercises to prevent stiffness
- Transfer training to reduce caregiver strain
- Breathing techniques for comfort
- Swallowing support to improve safety and dignity
As with our work in ALFs, we work closely with hospice teams to align therapy with care goals and ensure communication remains respectful and patient-centered.
Reliable Solutions for Growing Home Health Agencies
Demand for home-based care continues to rise across our service area, with many agencies requiring dependable therapy partners who can scale while maintaining clinical quality. We provide contracted physical, occupational, and speech therapy services that integrate seamlessly with nursing and physician plans of care.
Our home-based clinicians can help with common areas of concern, including:
- Functional strengthening for real-life tasks
- Energy conservation training for cardiac and pulmonary patients
- Balance retraining using evidence-based fall reduction protocols
- Home safety assessments to reduce environmental hazards
- Adaptive equipment training to improve independence
Our infrastructure supports consistent therapist coverage, timely evaluations, and coordinated documentation. Agencies receive reliable communication and measurable outcomes.
Building Systems That Strengthen Care
As we work to expand our reach across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, we continue to reinvest in the basics, including:
- Standardized clinical protocols
- Therapist education and mentorship
- Coordinated documentation systems
- Clear communication channels with partners
These systems ensure continuity of care, higher levels of patient adherence, and stronger clinical outcomes across the board, regardless of the specific area of focus. For our partners, this means shorter response times, clearer updates, and a strong sense of collaboration to ensure the best for our patients.
As we move further into 2026, our commitment remains direct and focused: strengthen every partnership, improve every coordination point, and deliver therapy that helps patients move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence across our service area.

Our Patients Get Great Results
“We had an excellent experience today with Svetlana Siber. She was very, very friendly and caring, and her communication with me about my mother was phenomenal. She thoroughly explained the swallowing process and had excellent bedside manner with my mother. A very genuine and caring person. We need more people in the world like her. Thanks!”

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to deliver a stronger future for seniors in assisted living facilities. The Sobe Rehab 10-step proactive, comprehensive, PT/OT/ST therapy model restores senior independence and quality of life. In ALFs, this translates into improved length of stay and retention, on average 4 years for our patients. This enhances their freedom and happiness while increasing the ALF census exponentially. As the saying goes, “It’s not the days in your life, but the life in your days.”
