My father was in a difficult strait, under pressure, up against a wall, facing a test—-perhaps the greatest in his life. His chances for making progress with therapy for dimming until I asked if it would be possible for him to have treatments in the morning. JR responded, and now he comes early, rearranging his schedule in order to give Dad a chance to succeed.

Thanks for being patient with me, and challenging me to keep trying until I improved. I’ll miss you saying, “Good Job!” And as I continue to work on my balance, I’ll imagine you being there encouraging me.

When we first began Physical Therapy, I was scared and unsure of my situation. Thank you for all of your confidence and hard work to help me build the confidence I needed to accept and overcome my fears.

This is our last day together with my Physical Therapy. I want to thank you for teaching me how to walk again, to keep my balance again, to swing a golf club again (without falling down). With your efforts, I can go home, live by myself, and take care of myself.
